I know, I know.
*tsk, tsk*
Anyhoo… What you chose for Stephani to include: a small town bar which is more than it seems; one of the main characters’ father is a drag queen; a female gay romance writer who keeps watching and taking notes; a team bus breaks down in the middle of “bumfuck nowhere” ( <- you have to use that phrase); a tshirt which says “I support Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins and anyone else who plays against Steve Yzerman of the Wings”; AND, four of your WTF?! responses to choice #5.
Here’s hoping that there are no authors out there who recognise themselves 😉 :

Enjoy! It’s t-rific! 😀
Thanks Stephani! *smooches*
~squeeee~ I just can't wait to read this one!!!
Great job, Stephani! I loved it!
“demented bobble head” *giggle*
Kris: You'll soon have enough stories to publish an anthology.
Woot! Way to go, Stephani!!!
That was great, Stephani!! I really enjoyed it.
LOL Just like Wren I laughed with the “demented bobble head”.
Oh wow. 🙂 What a great story. Loved it.
Too funny at the dentist office yesterday I heard Steve Yzerman doing a commercial for suits at the Bay, the big department store here. I looked at the hygienist and said “Yzerman's doing commercials for The Bay?” She just shrugged and went “Weird.” LOL
Great job.
So glad you all are loving it as much as I did. I think Stephani should write a sequel AND the story of Wayne's brother.
No pressure though, of course. *bats eyelashes*
Wren: “You'll soon have enough stories to publish an anthology.”
I've thought about it… and then I think about all the work involved…
*bg* Thanks everyone. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Maybe I will have to give Wayne and his brother their own books. I love hockey so much writing them wouldn't be a chore at all

YAY! Holding you to this, Stephani. You can't escape. *GRIN*
Cute stories. I'm glad the author knew something about hockey, even if some of the readers here didn't. I remember when Steve Yzerman was still playing. The Red Wings fans loved him.
Awesome story! Hockey is my favorite sport. There's something about the paradox of grace and violence . . .
Oops, didn't subscribe to comments. Ignore this.
woo and hoo
Loved it! Wonderful story and I think too that Wayne's brother deserves his own story 🙂
Thanks! As you can all probably tell, I am a HUGE hockey nut. I had the hugest crush on Stevie Yzerman when I was a teenager.
Stephani: So have you started on the sequel yet? Or maybe it's Wayne's brother's story you will do first…
Ohhh! *excited* Thank you Stephani!
You're welcome! I had so much fun writing this story. I actually giggled out loud a few times as I was typing. (I know, I am such a dork)
