but there’s no need to fret

Oh, no…

… because today’s Rex Manning Fires of Ballian Day!!!

Well it was nearly… if ML had accepted my bribe of cookies to release the book on the Oz date instead of the US one. *mopepout*

Anyways, here’s the song that goes together with the movie reference. Enjoy!

About Kris

Reads, rants, randoms & R+s. You've been warned. BTW, don't follow me if you're a GLBTQQphobic wanker. It won't end well. For you.

  1. Chris says:

The *mopepout*, it is a signature for you now, eh? 😉

  2. Dork. Thanks for the reminder, though. Read the other two so long ago that I've completely forgotten them and will need to re-read before even thinking about going on to latest. Ugh. Hate it when authors do that to me.

  3. Ingrid says:

Ha! I read the first two last week so I am absolutely ready to read FoB!

  4. Tam says:

I'm ready. Maybe if my washing machine blows up like in the video I'll be exempt from laundry forever and ever.

  5. Kris says:

Chris, I didn't know you spoke Canadian as well. *g*

Emmy: I noes. *hangs head* Forget that, though, I reread them last week using my awesome paperback, ML signed, b'day pressie. *squee*

But, yes, can be a tad frustrating when there's a delay between books in a series, hence my prayer to the Book Goddesses the other day. 🙂

  6. Kris says:

Ingrid: YAY!!! I'm so excited I LOVE this m/m fantasy series.

Tam: Hun, your laundry mutates. If you let it I'm sure it would blow up the washing machine for you.

  7. Ingrid says:

It's wonderful! The delay has been rather long at least it feels that way. Maybe also because the book has been on Wave's coming soon carousel for ages!

  8. Chris says:

Well, MN does share a border with Canada. And I spent two weeks in Ontario in September, further enhancing my tendency to “eh”.

  9. Kris says:

Ingrid: ML told me that she's started writing the fourth – and last, I think – book in the series, Circle of Ariend, and that will be coming out in your Summer up there. It's all so very cool! *happy dancing*

Chris: Well, your Oz is coming along nicely too so soon you will be multi-lingual! 🙂

  10. Tam says:

Little do the Minnesotans know we've been gradually infiltrating their state and soon we'll be annexing it. *insert evil laugh*

  11. Chris says:

@Tam – Feel free to annex us at any time! 🙂

  12. Ingrid says:

    That sounds very good me!
