Kris: I spent several hours at TCPride yesterday and today and there was a shocking lacking of kissing going on. There was, however, a booth filled used GLBT books, six for $10. The gent working kept trying to steer me away from the gay table to the lesbian table. 😉
Chris, that would have been very disappointing for a perve such as yourself.

Actually, it was awesome just seeing couples of all gender combinations feeling safe enough to hold hands. 🙂
Let's see… Two paperback copies of The Catch Trap (the spare already has a home), Mr Benson, Changing Pitches (Steve Kluger), the first two Tales of the City books, a Gordon Merrick, The Front Runner, a Donald Strachey mystery (Richard Stevenson), and something else that I've forgotten. Whew!
Erm… I'll keep an eye out for the Steve Kluger at my friendly neighborhood used bookstore (which has coughed up two copies of Almost Like Being in Love so far!). Would you like to send me a used book shopping list? ;p
Sounds like a fun pride event Chris. For some weird reason ours is at the end of August. Not usually much kissing either but couples of all combos as well.
KZ: Booksmart – I can walk to it, and I have occasional fabulous finds there. Used to love Magers & Quinn until the cigar shop went in next door. Now it reeks in the bookstore…
Yum. 🙂
OMG!!!! Hot hot hot. Very nice.
Chris & Tam: Almost kiss cookies are still me favourites, but damn if these aren't a close thing.
The third cookie makes me want to join in.
Mmmmm that is enough…yum.
*sigh*
Thank you!
That is all;)
Katiebabs chook: Hell, I just want to be able to watch.
Mar: It says it all. 🙂
Elaine: Well, it's tough getting these cookies ready for you and all, but…

Oh… some delicious cookies!!!!!

Cecile: They are worthy of Teh Nom.
Chris: O_O
Go back! I want The Catch Trap, Mr Benson and Changing Pitches too. GO BACK!!!!!!
I'll send you my Mr Benson, Kris, if you want to add it to the share!
No pride events here at all & so I need to live vicariously through Chris!
Can't stop – taking too much time away from admiring the cookies.
Crap, there WAS a second copy of Changing Pitches. Not the others, though. Damn. It's done for the year, too! 😦
Juni: “I'll send you my Mr Benson, Kris, if you want to add it to the share!”
You will?? YAY!!!!! *kicks Chris to the kerb* You're my new BFF!
*skips off to email*
Chris: Dammit! 😦 Why aren't you psychic?!
There'd better be decent secondhand book sales in SF or I'm gonna be seriously pissed off!
*poutmope*
Don't poutmope me, you sucky non-psychic girl.

Okay! *beams*

Hey Kris, I've been a lurker for a while, but those yummy pics forced me out of hiding. I just had to comment. LOL
Thanks!!
Yummy pics!
Chris, I am jealous of your finds!
Thanks, Eyre! I managed to not do a happy dance right there in the booth, but it was close.
I do believe I like these even better than dunked cookies…
Gah, Chris, I so envy you! What is your favorite used book store?
Super sexy, loved them!! Thanks 🙂
Tam: Don't they know that people are there to perve on the kissing bits! How selfish!
Ames: Hey, sweetie! Good cookies always force some kind or response… usually moaning… from the audience. 😉
Eyre: I think I stole a couple of those from you so they might look familiar. LOL.
KZ: “I do believe I like these even better than dunked cookies…”
Good lord! And you though you were set in your ways… 😛
Lily: Welcome, lovie! It was a great pleasure.
Trust me. *g*
Nom.
'Nuff said. Thank you sweetie!
Orannia: Glad you all liked these as much as I did. Although, granted, you would have been pretty silly not to! 🙂
Thank you.
