things that make you go O_o

First, she calls me debauched, and then I read this in her latest book:

Verbal skills left him completely when Finn slipped his lips over the head of Greg’s cock. A sound suspiciously like “ungh” worked its way out of Greg’s throat, and his head fell back against the cushion. Any control he might have had fled in that moment.

She totally stole the UNGH!

*admiringly* The cheeky bint.

About Kris

Reads, rants, randoms & R+s. You've been warned. BTW, don't follow me if you're a GLBTQQphobic wanker. It won't end well. For you.

  1. LOL

    :o)

    MsM

    word verification: cruedast
    hahaha!!

  2. Val says:

How does it feel to be someone's muse? 😉 Awesome!

  3. Tam says:

I was just so damn happy she had him looking at porn. Sigh. We're easy to please. Ungh, best non-word ever.

  4. Jenre says:

Ooh, another reason for me to read this book ASAP :).

  5. Kris says:

MsM: I am the cruedast of 'em all! LOL.

Val: It would feel better if I was getting part of the sales. 😛

  6. Kris says:

Tam: The porn part was a good one too. Dear God; we ARE easy to please.

    “Ungh, best non-word ever.”

    Yep. 😀

Jenre: The book is so Wren-like. You will really like it. 🙂

  7. nichem says:

Ooo, does that mean you get a percentage of sales from the book? I think yes. 😀

  8. Kris says:

    Richelle: I'd better!

  9. Never been called a cheeky bint before. (uh…maybe I have. I'd have to go back through the comments on this blog to find out)

You may recall that I used the UNGH in my choose-your-own-m/m-story, too 😛

Two things worry me, though. (1) What does “Wren-like” mean? (1)(a) Do I want to know? (2) Should I feel good that yinz are easy to please, or should I question my skillz?

  10. Ingrid says:

You asked to share in the royalties yet Kris?? To spruce up your US trip fund 🙂

  11. Kris says:

Wren: “(1) What does “Wren-like” mean? (1)(a) Do I want to know? (2) Should I feel good that yinz are easy to please, or should I question my skillz?”

    I think I like you worried. I'll keep you that way… stealer…

Ingrid: I'm dropping my non-version of subtle hints, but there have been no donations to the US trip fund yet. 😦

  12. Chris says:

I laughed out loud when I hit the “UNGH”!

  13. Eyre says:

LMAO! I'm definitely getting this book.

  14. I wasn't stealing. I was paying tribute – think of it as an homage to the KnGB homies.

Richelle and Ingrid – stop putting ideas in Kris's head. Or stop encouraging them, anyway. If I had any kind of extra money, I'd head to Cali myself and buy Kris a drink. Or something.

  15. Chris says:

And Tam a drink. And Jenre a drink. And me a drink? 🙂

  16. Kris says:

Chris: “I laughed out loud when I hit the “UNGH”!”

Me too. It was fucking hilarious.

    Eyre: Do eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!

    Wren: “I wasn't stealing. I was paying tribute…”

Emphasis on the 'paying' or buying a drink. 😛

  17. Chris: “And Tam a drink. And Jenre a drink. And me a drink? :)”

Well, of course. Drinks all around!

So, in reality, when you all are at a bar in SF, have a round and send me the bill.

  18. Kris says:

Wren: “So, in reality, when you all are at a bar in SF, have a round and send me the bill.”

    Awesome!

*makes a note in travel diary*

  19. Lily says:

I just read this one and really enjoyed it. And recognized the ungh right away. 🙂

  20. orannia says:

I would call that snippet a complete tease! *grin*

And I'm sure calling you debauched was mean in the nicest possible way 🙂

So, in reality, when you all are at a bar in SF, have a round and send me the bill.

Ummmm, Wren. You maybe should have specified what the round should consist of…they could go straight for cocktails 🙂

  21. Kris says:

Lily: “And recognized the ungh right away. :)”

LOL! It sounds like we all did. 🙂

Orannia: Sure, it was meant like that.

“Ummmm, Wren. You maybe should have specified what the round should consist of…they could go straight for cocktails :)”

I was thinking body shots. 😉

  22. I didn't know it was your word, Kris! Because then it's spreading around, I've seen it in another book too, I think…
…or I was just imagening it… which is scary in a way because it shows how far your tentacles reach… 😉

Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading Wren's book. 😀

  23. ElaineG says:

But it's such and AWESOME sorta-word dontcha think?

    UNGH! UNGH! UNGH!

I love it and I think you should just pat yourself on the back every time you read it and then say it OUT LOUD….cause it rocks!

  24. Orannia: I'm glad you understand where I'm coming from: “mean in the nicest possible way.” Kris knows all about mean.

Cocktails as opposed to beer/wine? That's okay, 'cause that's what I drink!

Kris: Whose body are you drinking the shots from?

  25. Kris says:

Janna: “… which is scary in a way because it shows how far your tentacles reach…”

*nods* My influence knows no bounds. I am everywhere. Kneel before me and tremble!

Elaine: It is a fabulous word. We should have an Ungh Day where you have to use it as much as possible in your day-to-day life. That could be fun. 🙂

Wren: When it comes to tequila body shots I'm an equal opportunity gal. 😉

  26. uhuh, can't do. The only one I'm willing to kneel for is hubs. 😉

  27. Kris: “We should have an Ungh Day where you have to use it as much as possible in your day-to-day life.”

I don't see a problem with that. There's already a “Talk Like A Pirate” Day. Why not an “Ungh” Day?

  28. Kris says:

Janna! How naughty. This is not that kind of a blog.

Wren: Snap! I was thinking about Pirate Day when I suggested Ungh Day. This can so work….

  29. Kris says:

Janna: *sniff* I have no idea what you're talking about.
