    LOL! Perfect. 🙂

  3. Tam says:

Ha! Good one. Too bad my library doesn't have any of the books I like to read.

  4. Melissa says:

    LMAO, PURE awesomeness…

and you know whats sad? How many times I've been asked “how much does it cost to get a library card?”…

  5. Eyre says:

LMAO! That's awesome! My library is like Tam's. It just doesn't have what I like. Plus, I'm awful about returning books in a timely manner. Those late fees kill me! Before I discovered ebooks, I used booksfree.com. It's like Netflix for books and was great for me since there were no late fes. 🙂

  6. That is awesome, love it!!

  7. Kris says:

I thought that there might be some of you who would appreciate this one. 😉

Melissa: I've been asked that as well. My response is either a) 'are you fucking kidding me?' or b) a convoluted explanation about the economic and social benefits of public libraries vs personal libraries which I end with 'it's free, you dick'.

  8. Kaetrin says:

    LOL!

what's so sad is that there are people who really don't know…

  9. orannia says:

*snort* I love my book Blockbluster 🙂

  10. D.L. says:

lolz my mom would love this one since she's a librarian. but what's wrong with buying tons of books and starting your own library!

however, if a book cost over x amount or i'm not sure i'll really like it, i do just request the library buy it for me (assuming they don't already have it) and they almost always do!

  11. You are right, pure awesomeness.

Bye the Bye, I'm guesting over at DIK – come see me *eyelash flutter*

  12. Kris says:

I'm glad you all are getting a giggle from this.

DL: I sent it on to a few librarians I know for that same reason. LOL.

I totally agree with about wanting to start your own library. Everyone knows that when the books out grow a room, etc you just buy a new and bigger house. It ain't rocket science.

  13. Jackie says:

LOL! I need my own library too. I just don't know how many George Costanzas borrowed the book before me.

  14. Hmmm…I wonder what my small town library would do if I donated a copy of my Lost Shifter print book? Their idea of a racy book is a Harlequin.

  15. Kris says:

    Jackie: Gross.

    FV: Yup.

Stephani: I dare you too and report back on what happens.

  16. LOL Awesome!!!! Perfect for my library!!!

  17. Kris says:

It's classic. And you can imagine the number of new card holders libraries would get if they started an advertising campaign promoting themselves as a 'blockbuster for books'? It would so work. LOL.
